Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:
• Admission to visit TRANSCLOR facilities, the technical sessions, the exhibition, the Welcome Cocktail
by the pool Hotel Hilton Madero on Wednesday evening
• One congress bag with complete meeting materials
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the event days from Wednesday 16th till Friday 18th November 2016

The registration fee does not include:
• Dinner with Tango Show on Thursday night 17th November

The fee excludes your hotel accommodation

Cancellation fees

Registration:
70% refund for cancellations before October 31, 2016
No refund for cancellations as of October 31, 2016
In case the participant cannot attend the events he/she can be replaced by another participant with no charge.
